Houston – Houston attorney Tony Buzbee will file his first batch of civil lawsuits against Sean “Diddy” Combs; Buzbee represents 120 victims.

Combs has been behind bars since his arrest on Sept. 16. He was charged with racketeering conspiracy and sex trafficking, some allegations listed against him dating back to 2008. He pled not guilty to the charges

This follows the announcement that they would represent 120 accusers who have come forward with sexual misconduct allegations against Combs.

Buzbee described the victims as 60 males, 60 females, 25 minors, and one as young as nine years old. The allegations cover a period from 1991 to 2024.

He said more than 3,280 individuals contacted his firm and alleged they were victims of Combs. After vetting all allegations, the firm decided to represent 120 people.

Other victims have already filed lawsuits against Combs, but this is Buzbee’s first group of lawsuits.

The cases allege aggravated sexual assault, sexual abuse, and sexual exploitation against Combs. It also includes Macy’s department store and Marriott Hotels.

The six cases filed in New York ranged from 1995 to 2021. Three of the alleged victims are male, and one of the victims was as young as 16 years old.

He ended the post by saying, “We will let the allegations in the filed complaints speak for themselves, and will work to see that justice is done. We expect to be filing many more cases over the next several weeks naming Mr. Combs and others as defendants as we continue to gather evidence and prepare the filings.”
