The pair had seemingly distanced themselves regarding Mahomes’ apparent endorsement of Trump

Taylor Swift and Brittany Mahomes seem to have cleared up whatever caused them to avoid each other at the Kansas City Chiefs games early in the 2024/25 NFL season with rumors they fell out regarding their political views.

The Eras Tour star publicly backs Kamala Harris and the Democrats for the 2024 United States Presidential Election whilst Mahomes seemed to endorse Donald Trump and J.D Vance from the Republicans via social media.

As a result, they seemed to give each other a wide berth at the Arrowhead Stadium in the opening weeks despite being spotted at the US Open Final between Jannik Sinner and Taylor Fritz as the Italian emerged winners leaving fans slightly confused as to the dynamic.

But now everything seems to be okay between the pair with reports even suggesting they are closer together than ever, despite their drastically opposing political views with election day on November 5.

“They love the fact that they share many of the same values,” a source told The Sun. “Even if they can have different opinions on some topics.

“They are more than friends; they are family members which is the most important thing of all.”

Mahomes rethinking Trump allegiance
Mahomes, who also models for Sports Illustrated Swimsuit, hit out at haters by seemingly accusing them of lacking intelligence if they’re so concerned with who she’s actually voting for and her life in general.

But since then, she hasn’t publicly distanced herself from Trump’s campaign despite the 78-year-old posting, “I HATE TAYLOR SWIFT” to his own social media website, Truth Social. However, it did affect her according to reports
