The wife of the Chiefs’ quarterback met up with her pals in a rare day off from being a mom
Brittany Mahomes got a rare day off from being a mom when she headed to San Francisco to watch the 49ers take on the Kansas City Chiefs, as she emotionally reconnected with some of her old friends.
The mother-of-two, married to the Chiefs’ quarterback, has not had too much free time to herself since welcoming her first child to the world all the way back in 2021 and that’s not about to get any easier as she expects baby number three in 2025
So as she headed to the Golden State to watch some football, she managed to spend some time with her friends at the Levi’s Stadium as her husband maintained his 100% start to the season with a 28-18 victory on the road.
“Got to see my girl today and I just really missed her @briannasconley,” Brittany posted via Instagram, along with a photo of her and her friend smiling for the camera as they embraced each other.
She had met up with Brianna Conley, the wife of the ex-Chiefs’ Chris Conley, who now plays for the 49ers after leaving the organization in 2018 when the receiver headed to the Jacksonville Jaguars.
The pair also went on to catch up with Jennifer Bray, wife of Tyler Bray who played for the Chiefs until 2017 but now lives in San Francisco after joining their practise squad for the 2021 season before retiring
However, there was no sign of Taylor Swift as she was in Miami at the Hard Rock Stadium as she brought her Eras Tour back to the shores of the USA from October 18-20 and could not make the game.
Chiefs’ offense struggles again in Week 7
The Kansas City Chiefs gravy train keeps on rolling through 2024 as the organization maintained their 100% winning start to the season with a 28-18 victory over the 49ers in their own backyard.
Yet despite the scoreline, it still wasn’t as comfortable as it looks as the offense struggled for form whilst the defense thrives and that has been the story of football for the Chiefs since their bye week last year in 2023.
Mahomes threw for just 154 yards and a 59.3 completion from 27 attempts, averaging 5.7 yards per successful pass, whilst he was sacked twice and threw two interceptions. But as ever, the 29-year-old comes in clutch and he did so once again by rushing for a touchdown to make the score a 21-12 contest after Harrison Butker kicked the extras.
