The financial fallout of their split is currently uncertain, considering Jen did not mention any prenup in her divorce filing. As a result, the court will determine what the split of their assets will be, depending on each party’s requests.

These assets include investments, equity, property and more as their belongings suddenly become community property rather than being considered to have separate ownership. That property bit certainly reigns at the top of concerns considering they shared a multi-million dollar mansion in California.
