Alexis Ohanian recently shared his excitement about the upcoming release of Jordan Chiles’ debut memoir, “I’m That Girl: Living The Power Of My Dreams.” Ohanian voiced his support for Chiles’ autobiography, which will be released on March 4, 2025.

In her memoir, the American gymnast has detailed the physically and mentally demanding challenges of the sport, including the racism she faced as a black competitor in the predominately white gymnastics world. She has shed light on her struggles with “eating disorders” and the painful criticism from her childhood coach, which nearly pushed her away from her beloved sport.

She has also reflected on the enduring friendships she forged with her teammates, including Simone Biles, who has contributed to the foreword of the book. Having commenced her gymnastics journey at the age of six and joining the USA team in 2013, Chiles has had a career with its share of highs and lows.

With a few months left for her memoir’s release, Chiles took to social media to make the announcement. She wrote:
