Rapper 50 Cent has opened up about the moment his relationship with P Diddy soured after the Bad Boy Records founder made him feel ‘uncomfortable’ during a ‘weird’ encounter

Rapper 50 Cent has opened up about the moment he felt uneasy around Sean ‘P Diddy’ Combs, saying the music mogul once made a strange offer that pushed him away.

Although there was no initial bad blood when the two icons began their careers, things turned sour in the early 2000s after an uncomfortable experience.

During this time, 50 Centreal name Curtis James Jackson III became wary of P Diddy’s odd behavior. His discomfort peaked when P Diddy said: “He asked to take me shopping.”

The suggestion did not sit well with 50 Cent, leading him to distance himself from Combs. During a chat with The Hollywood Reporter, he recounted his reaction: “I thought that was the weirdest s— in the world because that might be something that a man says to a woman,” expressing further, “And I’m just like, ‘Naw, I’m not with this weird energy-,’ coming off the way he was just moving.”

From then on, 50 Cent admitted: “From that, I wasn’t comfortable around him.” He also shed light on why he avoided P Diddy’s notorious parties.

Surrounding the conversation are allegations against P Diddy following his arrest last month post a police raid on his estates which unearthed stockpiles supposedly for “freak offs”. Authorities disclosed finds such as 1,000 bottles of baby oil and lubricants.

Diddy faces serious allegations including racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking by force, fraud, or coercion, and transportation to engage in prostitution, all of which he has firmly denied.

On The Enthusiast Podcast, 50 Cent discussed the high-profile parties, stating: “I also didn’t participate. I also didn’t go to those parties. So a lot of the celebrity culture that you don’t hear saying anything is because they participated to a degree
