Taylor Swift is all about Easter eggs and subtle details.

So was her manicure for her Indianapolis Eras Tour stop a sweet nod to her NFL pro boyfriend? We certainly think so — and so do the Swifties on X (formerly Twitter) who called it out.

When Swift, 34, first took the stage at Lucas Oil Stadium on night one on Nov. 1, she was rocking a red and gold manicure. The festive manicure could mean that Swift had already switched out of Halloween mode and into Christmas mode, but we know better. We feel it’s more likely a sweet nod to boyfriend Travis Kelce, 35, and his team the Kansas City Chiefs, whose colors are red, white and gold.

Eagle-eyed fans called it out on social media, noting the adorable gesture — and it was made even more adorable when Kelce showed up for the night two show on Nov. 2.

Kelce made a quick trip to Indianapolis for the Saturday night show, watching the concert from the VIP tent alongside the singer’s mom, Andrea Swift. During “So High School” from The Tortured Poets Department, as seen in a video posted on TikTok, Kelce smiled and danced alongside Andrea as Swift reached the end of the song. After filming the athlete and the singer’s mom, the fan filming could be heard saying, “Oh my god,” as they turned the camera back to Swift on stage.

The Grammy winner also made her usual lyric change to “Karma” when the Kansas City Chiefs tight end is in attendance at a show, singing, “Karma is guy on the Chiefs, coming straight home to me

That same night, Swift changed up her hair ever so slightly as well, which fans, of course, noticed. When she entered the stage, fans were quick to spot that her normally thick bangs, which usually curl a bit at the ends, had been trimmed to hit right above her eyes. A subtle change that couldn’t be missed!

X (formerly Twitter) was flooded with Swifties posting things like, “HER BANGS OMG,” or “TAYLOR SWIFT CUT HER BANGS!” with a siren emoji.
