EXCLUSIVE: Reason Prince William won’t reunite with Prince Harry laid bare after years of feuding

Prince William was once close with his brother Prince Harry, but the pair have been estranged after the Duke of Sussex stepped down as a senior member of the royal family

Prince William and Prince Harry are unlikely to reunite anytime soon as a result of “trust issues,” according to an expert.

The Prince of Wales was once close to his brother, but their relationship turned sour after Harry left the royal family. The Duke of Sussex hit out at his brother in both his memoir Spare and his Netflix docuseries, which he made with his wife Meghan Markle.

Fans had been dreaming of a reunion between the pair and many believed Kate Middleton’s and King Charles’ recent cancer diagnoses would be enough to bring Harry and William back together. However, royal expert Edward Coram-James believes Harry “has left deep scars” which can’t “be undone.”

Speaking exclusively to The Mirror US, he explained, “While there may be hope, the cracks between Harry and William run deeper than public perception often realizes. The fallout from Harry’s criticisms of the royal family, especially in Spare and their Netflix docuseries, has left deep scars.”

Coram-James also suggested the Prince of Wales might be too busy with his upcoming role within the royal family to worry about reuniting with Harry. He explained, “William, in particular, might be too entrenched in his role as the future king to risk his reputation by reconciling too quickly.”

The expert also suggested the Duke of Sussex will struggle to regain the trust of his brother. “There’s also the issue of trust — Harry’s public airing of royal family secrets can’t be undone,” he told us.

In Harry’s memoir spare, he opened up about an explosive row he had with his brother during which the Prince of Wales allegedly called Harry’s wife Meghan “difficult”, “rude” and “abrasive”. Harry claimed his brother then “grabbed me by the collar, ripping my necklace, and he knocked me to the floor.”
