West is accused of inappropriate touching by Jenifer An

Aformer America’s Next Top Model star has filed a lawsuit against Kanye West accusing the rapper of physically and sexually assaulting her in an incident relating back to 2010 in New York City.

Jennifer An claims the 54-year-old inappropriately touched her and tried to gag her whilst they were on set for La Roux’s In for the Kill music video after selecting her from a list of models because she was wearing lingerie.

After taking her to a couch in front of a camera, he began to grab her neck with both hands and smother her face too, before forcing his fingers in and out of her mouth in what she says was to simulate oral sex as he bragged, “This is art. This is f-king art. I am like Picasso.”

The model then began to panic and struggled for air and felt as though she would pass out as she desperately looked around the set for support from anyone else as she also sues Universal Music Group for failing to investigate or “take remedial action.”

Her claim is the Donda creator was simply too profitable and powerful for UMG to listen to her complaints as she insists West violated laws regarding strangulation in the second degree, sexually motivated felony and assault, leaving her traumatised.

She also adds she has felt “extremely humiliated, degraded, victimized, embarrassed, and emotionally distressed” in the years since and adds she will continue with these mental problems as well as monetary damages.

This is the latest accusation of sexual assault against West after his former employee, Lauren Pisciotta, accused him of harassment and rape in October whilst they were at a music studio with Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs. He denies the claims.

Meanwhile another former staff member accused West of behaving sexually inappropriately with his wife, Bianca Censori, in meetings which includes rushing out of them to have sex with her.

He also alleges West behaved openly anti-Semitically behind closed doors. West’s team were contacted for comment by The Standard on November 15, but had not replied at the time.
