NFL icon Erin Andrews sent a direct message to Taylor Swift after she bought back the masters of her first six albums—and the Fox Sports sideline reporter didn’t mince words with her bold declaration.
In her podcast with Charissa Thompson, Calm Down with Erin and Charissa, Andrews, 47, touched on the superstar’s huge news.
Shoutout to our girl, Taylor Swift, for getting her music back,” the sports broadcaster said in the June 5 episode of her podcast. “You never want her to go through that and the battle that was.”
Andrews continued, “But the message that that sent out to women—like ‘Don’t give up. Go after what’s yours—you know what I mean?”
To conclude her thoughts on the topic, the football journalist pointed out that Swift “didn’t give up,” adding, “I just think that’s so powerful.”
