Serena Williams’ husband, Alexis Ohanian, recently attended his daughter Olympia’s scholastic book fair. The 41-year-old also celebrated the inclusion of American soccer player Sophia Smith on a book cover.

Ohanian, a tech entrepreneur and co-founder of Reddit, is a staunch advocate for women’s sports. His experiences with disparities have made him create a better platform to support the cause.

After leaving Reddit, Ohanian founded Seven Seven Six, a venture capital firm. Through this firm, he invested in and hosted a monumental women-only track and field event called Athlos NYC. Held in September, the event featured prominent athletes such as Gabby Thomas and Faith Kipyegon, among others.

In addition to his business and social endeavors, the Reddit co-founder effectively fulfills his parenting duties. Ohanian, who often shares moments from Olympia’s life on social media, recently attended her book fair.

The 41-year-old was pleased to share a picture of a book featuring American forward Sophia Smith on the cover. He further emphasized that American defender Paige Nielsen also deserves equal recognition.
