Travis Kelce Says Justin Timberlake’s L.A. Concert and *NSYNC Reunion Was ‘So Cool’: ‘I’m a Huge JT Fan’
“He was playing a bunch of renditions of his old classics. Absolute bangers,” Travis recalled. “It was so cool to see him play some of my favorites and then on top of that a handful of his new stuff, as well as his new hit single with “It was a fun evening,” Travis shared. “I mean I can’t complain. Anytime you can see Justin Timberlake perform, I suggest you buy the ticket man. He’s the f—ing best.”
However, the NFL player didn’t just get to watch the “Can’t Stop the Feeling” singer, but also interact with him as well.
“Honestly, everybody knows I’m a huge JT fan. It’s been so cool meeting him in Tahoe, playing some golf with him,” he said on the podcast, adding that he hopes to get the chance to putt with Timberlake again soonthat he “saw [his] life flash before [his] eyes” when Kelce accidentally knocked him to the ground during a 2022 golf outing.
“He went up and did one of those [side body bumps], you know, when they jump,” Timberlake continued. “And I was like, ‘He’s doing it. I have to do it.’ And I forgot that he weighs like 80 lbs. more than me.”
The singer added that his neck was stiff “for about a week” after the event, but had nothing but good things to say about Kelce. “He’s the best, by the way. [One of the] nicest guys ever,” Timberlake said at the time.
But the incident didn’t affect Timberlake’s willingness to golf with Kelce. “I’m even going to try to go to his golf outing in Vegas here in a couple of weeks,” the football player shared on New Heights.
In the meantime, Kelce has been spending some time during the NFL’s off-season in L.A. with girlfriend
