Brittany Mahomes has seen her popularity skyrocket within a matter of one year. As her husband Patrick Mahomes keeps gaining accolades and rings on the gridiron, Brittany is busy entertaining fans. However, those fans were shocked to learn she isn’t participating in an upcoming reality show.
The Kansas City Chiefs will be the center of an upcoming reality show based on the wives and girlfriends of the players. However, the wive of arguably the best player on the team will not participate in the show. Along with Brittany, Taylor Swift, pop icon and girlfriend of tight end Travis Kelce, will also not be a part of the show, per Page Six.
“A reality show based on the Kansas City Chiefs WAGs (wives and girlfriends) is in the works at Bravo, People reports,” Pop Base tweeted on X on Friday night.
The Chiefs fans were surprised by Brittany Mahomes’ decision, even though they did not enjoy her participation on Netflix’s reality show ‘Quarterback.’
Some fans even debated the necessity of such a show altogether. The fans claimed these shows target the relationships between the participants.

As soon as the show was announced, fans wanted to know whether Brittany Mahomes or Taylor Swift would be a part of the show. American weekly magazine ‘People’ interviewed a source close to the musician to understand why she won’t participate
“Taylor and Brittany are not part of the show at all and will not even be filmed,” the source said. Taylor especially is very protective of what little private life she has left.”
The insider further said the pop icon likes all the ladies she has met in a year of mingling with the Chiefs but refused to be filmed. Bravo filmed the show during the offseason after the Chiefs claimed their back-to-back Super Bowls.
