Jennifer Lopez had a special guest with her at the Los Angeles premiere of Wicked!

While the multi-hyphenate, 55, walked the Saturday, Nov. 9 red carpet at the Dorothy Chandler Pavilion solo, she revealed in an Instagram Stories post on Monday, Nov. 11, that her 16-year-old Emme joined her for the star-studded musical premiere.
The Unstoppable star posted a selfie smiling from ear to ear with her teenager, who attended the event in a multi-colored top and dark-colored pants.

Lopez shared the image with an instrumental version of Cynthia Erivo and Ariana Grande singing “Defying Gravity” and a text that read “Wicked!! We loved it ‍♀️.” The emojis represented Erivo’s Elphaba and Grande’s Glinda, respectively.

Lopez, who is also a mom to 16-year-old Max, attended the premiere dressed in a sparkling halter gown with gemstone embellishments and side cut-outs from the Zuhair Murad Couture Spring 2024 collection. Emme matched in a gold collared shirt.

In a separate Instagram post, the mom of two showcased a video of herself walking the red carpet in the sexy, exposed back look, tagging some of the film’s stars and the original Broadway production actresses Kirsten Chenoweth and Idina Menzel.

It’s no surprise that Lopez attended the premiere with Emme as she told PEOPLE earlier in November that she’s looking forward to spending time with her loved ones during the holiday season after a “pretty intense year” that included her filing for divorce from Ben Affleck in August. Lopez and Affleck were married for two years.

It was a pretty intense year for me and I’m most looking forward to spending time with my kids and my family coming out from the East Coast. The holidays are such a special time for us and they’ve always been since I was a little girl,” she told PEOPLE.

“And I really look forward to those moments when I can be with my sisters and just relax and have fun and create new memories,” continued Lopez, noting that the holidays for her are an occasion to “slow down” and “enjoy” being together.

We don’t get to see each other all year, so we kind of catch up on what everybody’s doing and how life is. It’s just a beautiful time. I really enjoy it,” she said.
