As seen during the May 27th 2024 edition of RAW, Becky Lynch lost a steel cage match to women’s champion Liv Morgan. Becky’s WWE contract expired on June 1st and it was believed that she would be taking “a long period of time” away from the company.

In an update on Becky, she is scheduled for a discussion this weekend at NYA East as part of the 2024 Vulture Festival. Promotional material states the following

“WWE Superstar, trailblazer, and New York Times best-selling author Rebecca Quin will join us for a conversation about her recent memoir Becky Lynch: The Man: Not Your Average Average Girl. We’ll look back on her legendary career — from her early days grinding on the road to being in the first ever women’s match to main event WrestleMania — and just maybe get a glimpse at what The Man has in store for us next.”

Mike Johnson of PWInsider.com noted the following in regards to the promotional material…

“What is interesting about the last line is that both sources within WWE and Netflix have stated that Lynch is expected to be back in the mix with the company by the time Raw premieres on Netflix. That would mean that Lynch and WWE are close (or have confirmed) a new agreement between the two sides.”

According to Twitter/X account @WRKDWrestling, Becky’s return has ”been a done deal for a bit.”
