Breaking News:Travis Kelce Spotted Grooving to Taylor Swift’s ‘Lavender Haze’ in Sweet Moment During ACC Golf Tournament today
The Kansas City Chiefs tight end has been taking part in the charity event with brother Jason Kelce
On Wednesday, August 21, the Kansas City Chiefs tight end, 34, took part in the 2024 American Century Championship, a celebrity charity tournament at the Edgewood Tahoe Golf Course. While at the 17th hole, Travis showed some love to his girlfriend, also 34, by dancing along to her track “Lavender Haze” as it played while he prepared to tee off.
The NFL player — who was playing in the event alongside his brother Jason Kelce, WWE star Mike “The Miz” Mizanin and a group of others — was spotted in two videos posted on X (formerly Twitter) by NBC Sports Bay Area & CA dancing and mouthing the words to the track as it played.
In one clip, Travis stood next to Jason, 36, in front of a packed crowd in the stands. As Swift’s track from her 2022 album Midnights played, Travis began to bop his head and move his arm to the beat of the music — and he even appeared to sing along to the lyrics.

Another video from the event showed the athlete walking up to take his shot at the 17th hole. “Lavender Haze” continued to play, and Travis moved his head and arm to the song, again seeming to mouth a few of the lyrics, before prepping and finally taking his shot as the chorus of his girlfriend’s track played.
Travis’ appreciation for Swift’s music comes as the singer showed him some love on social media earlier in the day. At the time, the pop superstar liked two posts on Instagram declaring her boyfriend the top tight end in the NFL.
ESPN has conducted surveys for the past five years to compile rankings of the top 10 players in 11 different NFL positions, and they announced Travis as the No. 1 tight end this year in a post on ESPN NFL’s Instagram page.
