Sean “Diddy” Combs is turning 55 behind bars, so his birthday meals are likely a little different this year.

The rapper celebrated his birthday on Monday, November 4, at the MDC Brooklyn detention center in New York, where he remains held amid his ongoing sexual assault allegations and legal troubles. On his big day, Diddy will have the option of multiple items from the facility’s daily menu.

Diddy’s breakfast on Monday included servings of fruit, cereal, milk and a breakfast cake, per a menu shared with Us Weekly by the Federal Bureau of Prisons. For lunch, the rapper received pasta with marinara sauce with either chickpeas or meatballs, a garden salad with dressing, whole wheat bread and a side of fruit.

The menu also reveals that Diddy has the option of chicken or tofu fried rice for dinner, along with black beans, carrots and whole wheat bread. A beverage comes with each meal throughout the day.

Inside Diddy’s New Life Behind Bars: Ex Inmates and More Tell All of ‘Pure Hell’ at ‘Horrible’ Jail

The Federal Bureau of Prisons’ website lists a menu of food options available to inmates with commissary funds, including a white tuna pouch for $3.45 and a rib steak meal for $9.95. Seasonings such as garlic or curry powder can be added for an extra charge.

Diddy has been in jail since he was arrested in New York City on sex trafficking and racketeering charges on September 16. His arrest came 10 months after his ex-girlfriend Cassie accused the music mogul of sexual assault and rape in November 2023. Diddy denied her claims at the time and the lawsuit was settled one day after it was filed. In the wake of Cassie’s allegations, several individuals came forward with sexual assault lawsuits of their own against Diddy, who vehemently denied any wrongdoing.

Diddy’s 14-page indictment, unsealed on September 17, accused Diddy of hosting parties known as “Freak Offs,” which allegedly involved “elaborate and produced sex performances” that Diddy would orchestrate and electronically record. The docs claim Diddy would use footage from the parties to coerce victims into engaging in “extended sex acts with male commercial sex workers.”

The indictment also revealed that various “Freak Off” supplies were confiscated during Homeland Security’s March raids on Diddy’s Miami and Los Angeles homes. Among the items seized were narcotics, baby oil, lubricant and multiple firearms.

Diddy pleaded not guilty to his sex trafficking and racketeering and was ordered to stay in jail until his trial begins in May 2025. Three appeals for Diddy’s prison release were denied, as well as a gag order request preventing government officials from leaking information about the case.

However, Judge Arun Subramanian ruled on October 25 that both federal agents and Diddy’s team are not allowed to share information about grand jury proceedings that could interfere with a fair trial, per court docs obtained by Us.

A Timeline of Diddy’s Legal Troubles and Accusations: From Cassie Lawsuit to Multiple Arrests

Diddy’s lawyer, Marc Agnifilo, has maintained the musician’s innocence, telling CNN’s The Source With Kaitlan Collins on September 17, “He’s innocent. I believe he’s innocent. I believe he’s innocent of the charges. He is going to go to trial. And I believe he’s going to win.”

Diddy has continued to face more allegations during his time behind bars. A witness named Courtney Burgess testified before a federal grand jury on Thursday, October 31, claiming he was given 11 flash drives containing evidence against Diddy, per NewsNation. Videos on the flash drive allegedly footage of eight intoxicated celebrities who appeared to be “victims” of Diddy’s alleged crimes. (Us reached out to Diddy’s team for comment at the time.)
