Exclusive: Key royal could play ‘peacemaker’ amid Prince William and Prince Harry’s bitter feud….See More
The royal brothers could end their ongoing fallout with the help of one key royal, says King Charles’s former butler.
Prince William and Prince Harry may not be on speaking terms at the moment but there is one member of the Royal Family who could play the role of a “peacemaker”, a former royal butler has claimed.
The Duke of Sussex has been estranged form the Prince of Wales, as well as other key royals, since his sensational departure and move to the US in 2020.
Harry has made a series of explosive claims about the royals, including his brother William and his wife, the Princess of Wales.
In his memoir, Spare, released last year, one of Harry’s claims about William alleged that the heir to the throne physically attacked him during a confrontation in London in 2019.
The duo’s frosty relationship was apparent during an engagement they both attended in the summer.
William and Harry attended the funeral of their late uncle, Lord Robert Fellowes, the brother-in-law of the late Diana, Princess of Wales, back in August and according to reports, they did not exchange a single word.
Now Grant Harrold, who worked for King Charles for seven years, said that Princess Eugenie, who’s always been and “always will be” very close to her cousins would “intervene” between the two of them to help.
He claimed that Eugenie could help in mending their relationship as she “cares about them both deeply”.
Speaking on behalf of Fruity Slots, the former royal butler said: “Eugenie is very close to William and Harry, she always has been, always will be.
“I’m sure that if she could, she would probably try to play peacekeeper with William and Harry, but it’s hard to say as we don’t know exactly what is going on behind closed doors.
“I’m sure if she can help, she probably would try and intervene between the two of them, if she can help bring the brothers back together, of course she would.
