However, one thing the couple didn’t do while enjoying the sunshine on their island vacation last Thursday was plummet from a swing into the ocean.

A video showing a couple precariously balancing over the sea on a makeshift swing before flipping off it backwards into the sandy waters went viral on Monday after the account sharing it claimed it was of Kelce and Swift.

However, the millions of fans will have been left sorely disappointed to discover that it was not in fact the NFL star and songstress taking a dip as X’s factchecker quickly dispelled the claim. The two stars were seen splashing around in the turquoise waters together and laying on the sand working on their tans.

At one point, the pop star planted a sweet kiss on her boyfriend’s lips and at another, the Kansas City Chiefs tight end lovingly wrapped his arm around her shoulders.

It seemed like they spent the day on a private area of the beach as no other tourists were spotted around them.

After lounging on the sand, the couple made their way into the water while holding hands.
