Shocking video shows Brad Pitt grabbed by the neck by female fan at F1…. Read More
A Formula 1 fan has been met with furious backlash after kissing Brad Pitt at the Mexican Grand Prix.
Racers faced off at Autódromo Hermanos Rodríguez in Mexico City on October 27, with Ferrari’s Carlos Sainz taking home the win.
While the drivers put on a speedy show, all eyes were on the Hollywood heavyweight, 60, who made a surprise appearance at the race to film scenes for his upcoming F1 movie.
The actor caught the attention of fans – specifically one woman who decided to show Brad her love for him in a move that has been labeled as ‘disrespectful’ by people online.
The unnamed woman was captured pulling the superstar by his neck and planting a kiss on his cheek while holding her phone in his face.
The clip has since been circulating social media, leaving F1 enthusiasts fuming.
In the footage, the woman is seen running up to Brad in an attempt to take a snap with him after he had wrapped up a long day of filming.
Brad – who was sporting a white racing jumpsuit – reluctantly obliged and posed for a photo with the admirer.
However, things went south when the anonymous woman wrapped her hand around his neck and kissed his cheek.
As she grabbed him and gave him a smooch, Brad could be seen attempting to free himself.
His security ultimately stepped in and took the woman – who was laughing – off the actor.
People on the web flocked to X, formerly known as Twitter, to share their thoughts on the shocking fan moment.
One person said: ‘This is absolutely disrespectful. First, you’re invading his personal space and HE’S HUMAN, second, you don’t have his permission you didn’t even ask about it. Third, he is tired of the filming and anyways he went back to take a pic with you, can you act with respect?’
Another user added: ‘Disgusting.’
Someone else wrote: ‘Crazy old women. Poor Brad. That was harassment.’
One user wrote: ‘Some people are the reason of why celebrities don’t approach real fans. Imagine for a moment being in his shoes, would you like someone you don’t even know to grab you and kiss you?? Brad is always so kind and takes time with everyone so please be kind too. He’s too patient’
DailyMail.com has reached out to Brad’s representatives for comment.
The actor has been busy filming his F1 movie for more than a year.
The first trailer for upcoming movie debuted during the British Grand Prix in July, which Brad attended with his girlfriend, Ines de Ramon.
His action drama began production more than a year ago.
It kicked off in July 2023 at the Silverstone Circuit in the United Kingdom, where the Fight Club star was seen racing during several Grand Prix events.
The feature follows retired F1 driver Sonny Hayes (Brad), who returns to the sport when a friend encourages him to become a mentor.
At the end, Brad popped out from his car, removed his helmet and waved to a crowd of cheering spectators.
Joseph Kosinski is directing the film, which also stars Javier Bardem, Kerry Condon, Damson Idris, Sarah Niles and Tobias Menzies.
F1 legend Lewis Hamilton is producing the film alongside Brad and Jerry Bruckheimer
